Hrithik Roshan: 2010 has been my year

The actor differs in his estimation of 2010 as far as his career is concerned. According to Hrithik Roshan, the year 2010 has been one of the best years of his career. Says the actor, "I believe it's been more my year than any of the previous years. I've gone beyond anything that I've done in the past. KITES has been my most subtle work. After GUZAARISH I am on a high. I didn't feel this way after JODHAA AKBAR or KOI MIL GAYA or KRRISH. God would punish me and I'd feel ashamed if I didn't feel 100 per cent happiness".

Disaster Films of 2010

In 2010, audience chose good scripts rather than big directors, banners and actors and actresses. These are top disasters in 2010 that were big flops at the box office.

RAAN: Though a great movie, audience flatly refused to accept this movie that showed the truth about media.

Even Sallu Bhai gives flops time and again. Veer was one of these. In the same year, he managed to give the biggest blockbuster Dabang as well so the year turned out to be good for him otherwise.
Abhi-Ash jodi didn't do much for Raavan. It flopped completely.

Kites was supposed to launch Hrithik career at an international level. But it failed miserably. His alleged affair with co-star Barbara Mori didn't do much to make the film a hit.

Guzaarish was a shocker flop because the film got positive reviews all over but the movie is a big flop.
Action Replayy was released during Diwali, which is a good time for business. However, the star power didn't help much. The movie bombed completely.

Salman Khan & Hrithik Roshan: Friendship Bigger Than Differences

All's well between Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan, and all it took was a hug to make things right again. It was just a few weeks ago that Salman took a dig at Hrithik and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's Sanjay Leela Bhansali directed 'Guzaarish'. It happened on 'Bigg Boss', when Salman said that even dogs wouldn't go and watch the movie.

Sallu said later that he meant the subject wasn't the kind that would set the box-office on fire but the damage had been done. Sanjay Leela Bhansali said that if his 'old friend' could be so insensitive, he might as well leave B'wood. Hrithik was upset too, and said that it wasn't nice to make fun of someone because their film didn't do well at the box office. He added that heroes never gloat.

Hrithik was recently at the Masala! Awards and when he was asked about Salman's comments he said, "I know Salman only has love for me. And yes, a lot of people did tell me that I responded to his comments with a lot of dignity. Having said that using the media to convey your hurt or deep feelings is not done, I believe. But it had to be done. If the comment was against me or something personal, I would have laughed it off. Here I was just defending my baby, my film that I feel strongly about."

Hrithik added that Salman had called him, and that they had scheduled a workout together, indicating that they were about to clear the air.

And the two sorted things out alright. Hrithik was invited to Salman's brother Sohail's birthday party at Aurus in Mumbai, and that's where the two hugged, had a long conversation and made up properly.
