Hrithik Roshan: 2010 has been my year

The actor differs in his estimation of 2010 as far as his career is concerned. According to Hrithik Roshan, the year 2010 has been one of the best years of his career. Says the actor, "I believe it's been more my year than any of the previous years. I've gone beyond anything that I've done in the past. KITES has been my most subtle work. After GUZAARISH I am on a high. I didn't feel this way after JODHAA AKBAR or KOI MIL GAYA or KRRISH. God would punish me and I'd feel ashamed if I didn't feel 100 per cent happiness".

Big B, SRK & Hrithik To Come Together Once Again?

Big B just revealed on his blog that Karan Johar, who was responsible for brining Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan together on one platform to work in Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum approached Big B and shared the idea of making a sequel for KKKG.

Karan told Big B that out of the blue he got an idea to make a sequel in which the brothers would have grown up but will face problems due to their independent understanding and working of the business empire that their father had built. This difference would lead to a split between them and so on.

Big B asked his fans of their opinion if a sequel should be made or not. I am just wondering how would Kareena's over character and her attitude would turn out to be now? lol And I can bet Big B would still have more panache than the younger lot.

Abhay bowled over by Zoya's genius

Abhay Deol, who has won many hearts with his act, is bowled over by his new director-Zoya Akhtar.

Though Abhay was always aware of Zoya's talent but while shooting with her for their upcoming film Zindagi na milegi dobara, Abhay has confessed that Zoya is nothing less than genius.

In ZINDAGI MILEGI NA DOBARA, Abhay is sharing screen space with Hrithik Roshan and Farhan Akhtar. The three are thick friends too and it was no less than paid picnic for all the three.

Talking about his equation with Zoya Akhtar, who incidentally is his tenth director in his film career, Abhay says, "Zoya is a genius filmmaker. I have never enjoyed shooting films so much as I have done with her. Zoya is among my top three directors of today's time and the kind of understanding she has of cinema is simply outstanding."

Expensive Bollywood Clothes

Shahrukh’s superhero suit in Ra.1 has supposedly costs a Million Dollars – that’s 4.5 Crore Rupees per costume, and there are 20 such costumes in the film!

Each of Madhuri's attires in Devdas cost roughly Rs.15 Lakhs.

Hrithik Is All For No Smoking

Hrithik Roshan worked hard on quitting his bad habit of smoking for his wife, kids and of course for himself more importantly. He decided to quit smoking after the last scene for Guzaarish was shot. Hrithik admits he was smoking for two years and that he is adventurous. He likes such adventures and that smoking helped him in working on his character in Guzaarish. He admits that smoking was quite empowering. But he has a strong will power, as he worked hard and is keeping his word. Even if somebody offers him a bud, he refuses to smoke.

Now that he has come out a conquerer himself, he is all set to help his buddies get over this bad habit. He really talked Arjun Rampal out of this habit, which is a big achievement because Arjun was a chain smoker too.

His next project and friend is an impossible one though. Yes, it is none other than Shahrukh Khan, who is the biggest chain smoker. He smokes daily and non stop like an addict. SRK smokes more than a pack of cigarettes every day. Hrithik knows it would be very tough for SRK to quit so he will be of constant support to him. He said SRK will have to quit slowly by reducing his intake and eventually he too would join the healthy club.

Well, we can only wish Hrithik good luck for such a noble cause. SRK would definitely be a tough one to work on as you can see, these are pictures of his off screen life. And the man is totally addicted to smoking.
